Meet Manju Lyn Bazzell

For 30 years I’ve guided people as they access their innate intelligence and discover its limitless capacity. My current focus is working with leaders and groups to unlock group genius. We can make the world better one team at a time.

Clients include Fortune 100 companies, profitable privately-held companies, and nonprofit organizations, including innovators with public policy and democratic processes.

I’ve helped organizations of all sizes build effective teams, infrastructures and cultures. I’ve worked closely with leadership teams and have coached individual leaders. Time and again my experience leads me to the heart of each organization’s greatest asset – its people. Unlocking people-potential changes everything. It is my joy to help unleash this natural capacity and witness the changes that can occur in your organization. On a more personal note, I’ve served on numerous nonprofit boards and in the role of chair. Home is Ashland, Oregon and volunteering in my community is important. I love spending time with friends and family, cooking and hosting laughter-filled dinners, and renewing my spirit through walks in Ashland’s Lithia Park and beyond.

Our Team

Patience brings 30 years of integrated customer service experience and a global focus to this visionary project. With deep roots in nature and diverse entrepreneurial experience, she speaks the language of the heart-mind.

Kelly has a proven track-record in developing brands for high-profile clientele Like Yahoo!, Intuit and Google, as well as several Silicon-Valley startups. In addition to her marketing skills, she also has a UX and design background.

Zubin has worked as a lead developer in the gaming industry and financial services sector, has been the CTO of Silicon Valley startups during the dot-com boom, and is also a freelance writer and published author. Currently he is the tech lead for Generate Group Genius as well as another non-profit.

Lianna has been immersed in whole-systems theory and education for 15 years, editing online-course content, websites, presentations, graphics and collateral materials for a non-profit focused on cultural evolution. She has worked as a freelance editor for 35 years, with expertise in culture change, innovation diffusion, psychology, child development, complementary and alternative health care, and fiber arts.

Cely is attending Brigham Young University for a degree in Business and a Minor in Marketing with special emphasis on Social Media. She is currently lending her special knowledge of social media marketing and collaborating with Kelly on campaigns, promo videos and training materials.
